IT Recruiter opportunity with ForteCG. URGENT.

Forte Consulting Group, Inc is a leading consulting and staffing company with the HQ in Chicago, IL.

Our company is rapidly growing and expending businesses across the US as well as East Europe, so we are looking for a talented and ambition professional to join our offshore team as a IT Recruiter.

As a IT Recruiter, this individual will be working as a part of integrated team on all sourcing initiatives in order to find, contact, interview and qualify relevant candidates for our clients. She/he will be responsible for all stages of recruiting cycle.

Main requirements are:

- Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Public Relation, Marketing, Psychology, English or related areas.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and reach the dead-lines.
- Excellent planning and execution skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, self-organized.
- Able to work under pressure, in fast pace environment.

Previous recruitment experience is a PLUS.
